Kealia Landing is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath bluff-top villa near Kapa'a that overlooks magical Kealia Bay. This spacious vacation rental is an architectural wonder, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen and living rooms offering spectacular views of the circular bay below.

This 2,800-square-foot villa, designed with enough privacy for three couples, can also accommodate a family of six. The full kitchen is well-appointed with the necessary utensils to prepare island-fresh meals, and there’s also an outdoor grill and a granite-topped picnic table for dining alfresco. The surrounding grounds are full of lush greenery and flowering plants. Visitors can reach the sandy beach below the bluff in about ten minutes via walking trails in the quiet neighborhood.

The house is decorated in Hawaiian style, with mahogany ceilings. Outdoor lanais reveal breathtaking panoramic views. An 80-inch TV with streaming capability provides inside entertainment, along with a fully stocked island library. Outside, enjoy whale watching, exquisite sunrises and sunsets, and viewing some of Kauai’s most precious landmarks.

Northern and southern points of interest on the island can be easily accessed from this central location. The paved Ke Ala Hele Makalae pedestrian/bike path just below the villa gives access to miles of beaches for sunbathing, surfing, and snorkeling. One direction leads directly to quaint Kapa’a town for shopping, restaurants, and bars.
